Brut White→

These energetic and elegant bubbles are perfect for those who appreciate a classic dry style.

Tsitska Pet-Nat→
A natural, wild, and vibrant wine of exceptional character. As the wine is unfiltered, it possesses a characteristic natural haze. The bouquet is dominated by notes of white flowers, May honey, and yeast (bread), yielding the signature complexity of the Pét-Nat style.
White Wines (Classic Method)

Chinebuli Disveli Estate→
A unique method is employed. The vineyard is harvested in December, at -6 degrees Celsius frost. The grapes harvested at this time are shriveled, enchantingly aromatic, and sweet.

Chinuri-Goruli Mtsvane→
A lively, crisp, and distinctly mineral character. Aromas dominated by tropical fruits, citrus, banana, apple, alongside herbaceous notes of gooseberry and asparagus. Chinuri imparts lightness and freshness, while Goruli Mtsvane adds fruit sweetness and floral accents.

Goruli Mtsvane→
Characterized by lively green fruit and citrus notes, with emerging light tropical aromas. High acidity and a delicate mineral undertone create a clean, delicate Georgian white profile.

Kisi→
A clean and bright European-style white wine. Aromas open with a wave of ripe fruit: pear, peach, citrus zest, and delicate floral notes.

Rkatsiteli→
Refined, creamy texture. 10 months of aging on lees imparts exceptional depth. Aromas are dominated by ripe peach, pear, and white flowers, underscored by notes of almond and bread.

Rkatsiteli→
Region / Microzone – Kakheti, Gurjaani, Kardenakhi. Style – Qvevri, Dry White. Skin Contact – No skin contact (juice only). Alcohol – 13% - 13.5%. Along with Nikala's characteristic traditional power, this wine is elegant and ethereal. It is dominated by aromas of field flowers, citrus peel, and green apple. Vinification without skin contact allows Rkatsiteli to reveal its most delicate, fruity side.

Tsitska→
Tsitska from an 80-year-old vineyard, aged on Otskhanuri Saperavi pomace, creates an unconventional character. Yellow fruit notes are intertwined with berries, pomegranate, and wild herbs. Low alcohol content imparts a particular lightness to the wine.
Amber Wines (Qvevri)

Chinuri→
A concentrated and full-bodied wine with aromas of yellow fruit, dried apple, and Georgian spices. Qvevri skin contact reveals a deep structure and natural density.

Khikhvi Nikala's Marani→
Region / Microzone - Kakheti, Gurjaani, Kardanakh. Style - Qvevri. Semi-dry, Amber. Skin contact - Three weeks. Alc - 15.5% Pleasant warmth on the nose, distinctly warm and round body. Rich tones of chestnut, honey, marmalade, and dried persimmon. Despite high alcohol, the wine retains elegance and is not aggressive, Taste: Fiery element. Intensely fervent, grand, yet cozy and sweetish. With high alcohol and a long finish. Friendly and sophisticated Amber wine.

Kisi Nikalas Marani→
A complex and powerful Amber wine with a clearly expressed character. Distinguished by the characteristic, special aromas for this variety, of bergamot tea, jujube, and dried leaves.

Kisi-Khikhvi→
Amber wine aged in oak barrels. It reveals a wave of delicate fruits – ripe pear, golden quince, a light sweetness of honey, gradually unfolding aromas of a floral garden and a warm, slightly dry touch of oak.

Krakhuna→
It is distinguished by its light amber color. Clear aromas of apricot and ripe pear are intertwined with vibrant citrus notes and light mineral accents characteristic of Qvevri wine.

Krakhuna→
A bold and dynamic wine with intense aromas of apricot, peach, pear, citrus peel, and honey.

Manavi Mtsvane→
A clean, aromatic, and unusually bright natural wine. Fermentation in Qvevri without chacha preserves its distinctive herbaceous, floral, and rich yellow fruit tones. Notes of wheat, flowers, and plum are noticeable.

Mtsvane→
It is distinguished by its amber hue. The delicate and subtle aromas characteristic of Mtsvane are blended with notes of dried fruit and forest flowers, obtained as a result of long aging in Qvevri.

Mtsvane→
Region / Microzone - Kakheti, Sagarejo, Lapati. Style - Qvevri. Dry, straw-colored. Skin contact - 7 months. Alc: 11.2% Vibrant, explosive aromas of green apple, banana, and fresh grass. Delicate notes of tea and the subtle "funky" nuances of natural wine. A modern and airy interpretation of traditional Kakhetian winemaking.

Tsitska Tsolikouri→
A light, vibrant, and exceptionally aromatic wine, which is a blend of traditional Imeretian varieties. It has pronounced aromas of apricot, green apple, lemon, and white flowers.

Tsitska Tsolikouri Krakhuna→
A blend of Tsitska, Tsolikouri, and Krakhuna, combining acidity, body, and aromatic complexity. Prominent notes of yellow, floral, and tropical fruits, including peach, pear, and banana.

Tsolikouri→
Made only from free-run juice. A bright and wild-character white wine. Aromas reveal yellow apple, lemon, fresh flowers, and 'wild' notes, which give this wine a special charm.

Tsolikouri→
Clean and refreshing Qvevri Amber wine. Intense aromas of lemon, yellow apple, pear, apricot, citrus zest, honey, and light mineral notes.
Rosé Wines
Red Wines

Budeshuri Saperavi→
A powerful and authentic expression of traditional Saperavi. With an intense crimson hue, against a backdrop of ripe wild berries, aromas of dark chocolate, cocoa, and spices dominate. Oak aging imparts particular depth and smoothness.

Dzelshavi→
A delicate wine made from rare Imeretian Dzelshavi, exhibiting a light ruby color. It is dominated by notes of red berries, strawberry, and cornelian cherry. A 5-day skin contact adds character, while preserving its lightness and primary fruit freshness.

Saperavi→
Characterized by an intense dark ruby color. Tones of black cherry, blackberry, and ripe plum are intertwined with subtle notes of vanilla, tobacco, and dark chocolate.

Saperavi Reserve 2007→
Crafted by monks in 2007, a Saperavi which was cellared for 10 years within the Kvareli tunnel at a temperature of 15 degrees.

Shavkapito→
Region / Microzone - Kartli, Mtskheta Jighaura. Style - Classic Dry Red. Skin Contact - Full. Alc - 12.5%. An elegant and easy-drinking red wine, dominated by lively, red berry, raspberry, and barberry tones. Unlike Qvevri wines, it is cleaner and less earthy. Taste: Tannins are soft and medium in concentration. Medium-bodied with medium acidity, it offers an abundance of berry fruits and nuances of piquant spices. The finish is clean and long.

Tavkveri-Shavkapito→
Region / Micro-zone - Kartli, Mtskheta, Vaziani Style - Qvevri Red Dry Skin Contact - 5 months Alc - 13% Lively and characterful, with aromas of red berries and cherry. The harmony of Tavkveri and Shavkapito creates a light but expressive profile, with natural purity and an authentic Georgian style.
